Discover Melaque from a Top View overlooking Melaque, the Bay of Navidad, the back country and the famous Pacific coastline.

Walk an easy ascending dirt road trail leading to the top and enjoy the breath-taking viewpoints, the mountains, the birds, the nature.

We first meet at the Melaque – San Patricio Plaza, in the center of Melaque, and then walk to the trail which is about 15 minutes away. The whole tour is about 2.5 hours depending on your pace and the number of pictures you take Lol!

While sport sandals are ok to walk, closed shoes or running shoes offer more comfort and security.

Itinerary
Departure from Plaza Melaque at the agreed time, walk in the city about fifteen minutes to get to the trail, start of the hike on the trail to get to the observatory at the top, and return to the starting point.
